"Cute idea, just not my style"
I wanted to like the Annalee dolls more because some of the little faces are cute. But overall, the designs feel a bit dated to me.

The colors and outfits are kind of busy, and they just don’t really fit with what I’d want to display at home. I get why people collect them, though.

"I’ve always had a soft spot for annalee..."
I’ve always had a soft spot for annalee pieces, so I was excited to get this one. It really is cute in person and has that charm I love about the brand. That said, it showed up with a small dent/bent spot from shipping, which was a little frustrating. It’s not bad enough for me to send it back, but I’ll admit it makes me hesitate a bit even though I’m usually loyal to annalee. Overall, I still like it and I’d probably order again, just hoping the packaging is better next time.

"Showed up right, just a bit later"
I got what I ordered, so that was a relief. No weird mix-ups or anything, and the box was in decent shape when it got here. It did take a little longer than I was expecting, but it worked out fine for what I needed

"Easy return, just allow a little extra time"
I had to exchange an item because I accidentally ordered the wrong size. The return instructions were simple enough to follow, and customer service got back to me within about a day. The replacement took a bit longer to arrive than I was hoping, but everything worked out in the end. If you’re ordering, I’d just suggest double-checking the sizing and giving yourself a little extra time in case you need an exchange. Overall, a solid experience. 4 stars.

"Nice at first, but the stitching didn’t hold up"
I really liked this when it first arrived and it looked good out of the box. Unfortunately, the stitching on mine started coming apart way too quickly, which was disappointing. It’s a shame because otherwise I think it could’ve been a solid product.

I waited until the last minute, so of course my timing wasn’t great, but Annalee still had everything I was looking for in stock, even the seasonal items. It was easy to find and pick out what I needed, and I didn’t have to sit around waiting or hunting all over the place.

I’ve been collecting Annalee dolls for a few years now, and annalee.com has made it so much easier to track down pieces I missed. The seasonal ones are still my weakness, and every time I add one to the shelf I’m like, okay, this is adorable.
Shipping has been smooth for me too, and everything has arrived packed really well. I was going to say I’m trying not to buy more, but who am I kidding, I’ll definitely keep checking back.

I ordered from annalee.com and wasn’t expecting much beyond hoping it would arrive when they said it would. Sometimes online orders are more of a hassle than... well, you know.
The tracking updates were easy to follow, and the package actually showed up on the exact day they estimated. Everything was packed nicely, and nothing came damaged or bent up.
Overall it was just a smooth, simple experience, which I really appreciate. No digging around for tracking info or wondering where the box ended up. I’d definitely order from them again.

Using the site was straightforward, like I didn’t have to think too hard about where to click or anything, which I always appreciate. The only thing that kind of threw me off was checkout taking a bit longer to load than I expected. Not a huge deal, but I did sit there for a second wondering if it was going through or if I needed to refresh. Other than that, it was easy enough.

I checked out Annalee hoping they’d have a fun seasonal selection but it felt picked over, and there just wasn’t much to choose from. For the prices they charge I expected a lot more variety. Not sure I’d bother looking again

I had a good experience checking out on annalee.com. The whole process was easy to follow, and I liked that updating my cart was straightforward. My payment went through without any issues, which is always a relief. The only small downside was that a couple of pages took a little longer to load than I expected, so I ended up waiting around for a bit. Not a huge deal, though. Overall, it was a smooth order and I’d be fine shopping there again.

I used a coupon and ended up saving a decent amount, which was nice. The whole process went smoothly and I didn’t run into any major issues, but it also didn’t really stand out in any big way. Overall, I’m glad I got the discount, though I’m kind of neutral about the experience.
